Cancellation Policy:

Being an esthetician is my love and livelihood. When you book your reservation I set that time aside for you. Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. That allows me enough time to rebook that time period. Unfortunately, in the event that you should miss your scheduled appointment without sufficient notice, I reserve the right to charge 1/2 of your service fee as a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
